Hiring Event
Data Scientists play a significant role in interpreting, managing data and solving complex problems. Since it is one of most sought positions in the industry, we organize our Data Scientists and Networking events every quarter! A diverse group of talented data science students, who have graduated from the 12-week immersive data science bootcamp, attend the event to meet with hiring partners and seek an opportunity to apply their skills in the real world.
Recently, on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, NYC Data Science Academy hosted the 'Data Scientist and Employer Networking Event' for bootcamp students, alumni and hiring partners, at Penn Station WeWork in NYC.
Over 30 corporate partners and hiring managers from reputed companies attended the event to engage in conversations with our students and alumni. Some of the hiring partners were our alumni who were seeking bootcamp graduates to join their teams.
Our students had the opportunity to get interviewed, showcase their industry projects and build relationships with the hiring partners. Representatives from American Express, Blend360, Cherre, Daugherty Business Solutions, Google, KPMG, SoundCloud and many more reputed companies, joined the event.
