Marshall comes from a background in Quantitative Finance where he worked in both Fixed Income and Equities Relative Value where he served in Research, Trading and Portfolio Management capacities. He realized that while academic models were important, he also realized that understanding relationships in data was also critical. Thus, he embarked on his journey in Data Science. In addition to Financial Services, he is also interested in the areas of Marketing and Consumer Behavior. Marshall holds a Master's in Financial Engineering from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
